We can only offer 1 free replacement per cord purchase within 90 days of delivery. We will guarantee each cord you purchase for 90 days, however in the event a claim of multiple replacement requests, we reserve the right to request either a return, or a brief phone call. Don’t worry, we won’t try to convince you to keep broken cords, it is basically just to confirm there isn’t some kind of issue we can troubleshoot. If we request a return, we will provide a postage paid label at no cost to you We want to make sure we are both covered, and will make every effort to reach an amicable solution. In the event that multiple return requests are made that seem shady, we may simply ask for a return, provide a refund, and wish you well. After 90 days, we can no longer provide refunds or direct exchanges, but you can take advantage of the 50% discount offer twice for the same purchase within the 1 year delivery window.
