These seem like plug an play devices, and 90% of the time they are, but often, a simple fix can get your LYTECORD working perfectly. If you still need to return/exchange, please register your product on our product registration page, and we may be able to replace WITHOUT a return. If we do ask for a return, please provide your order information in the window below, and use the paid postage label we provide to send back your LYTECORD.
