We want to make sure you have a working product for at least 90 days from the date of delivery. As much as we would like to make this an UNLIMITED warranty, there are certain bad actors in Internet Land that make us assign some conditions.
1. We can only offer 1 free replacement per cord purchase within 90 days of delivery.
We will guarantee each cord you purchase for 90 days, however in the event a claim of multiple replacement requests, we reserve the right to request either a return, or a brief phone call. Don’t worry, we won’t try to convince you to keep broken cords, it is basically just to confirm there isn’t some kind of issue we can troubleshoot.
If we request a return, we will provide a postage paid label at no cost to you
We want to make sure we are both covered, and will make every effort to reach an amicable solution.
In the event that multiple return requests are made that seem shady, we may simply ask for a return, provide a refund, and wish you well. We are honest folk, and we hope you are too. 😊
2.After 90 Days from Delivery, we will offer a replacement at a cost of 50% off for up to 1 year. This is basically just to cover our cost of shipping.
After 90 days, we can no longer provide refunds or direct exchanges, but you can take advantage of the 50% discount offer twice for the same purchase within the 1 year delivery window.
We have a VERY open exchange/return policy…..better than anything you will find on most retail sites. We offer this because we want you to have a working product, and we know that ALL charging cables are prone to breakage, or in some cases, updating phone software can cause problems.
